How to Order:
Call, Fax, Mail or E-mail your
order to nef-orders Please include your
name, company name and shipping address as well as phone and/or
Fax number
Who Can Order:
Businesses, schools, agencies and
individuals.
No Minimum Order:
We do not have a minimum order for
shipments to USA.
Order Forms:
An order form is not necessary,
just let us know model, quantity, shipping address and way you
want us to ship it.
Non-Catalog Items:
No problem, please call, fax, or
e-mail your request to
nef-info
Backorders:
We stock what we show on our site. If our inventory is depleted
on an item, we will backorder it and ship it as soon as it is
available, unless you specify otherwise at the time your order is placed.
Product Guarantee:
If a product proves to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced
immediately. We must be notified of any product defect within 15 days
following the ship date. Most of the products comes with full manufacture
warranties, please check
Returns:
In the unlikely event of a problem with the
item we will provide an exchange after receiving the item with the RMA number.
All RMA requests have to be made during period of 15 days from the date of
purchase. All exchanges require RMA number, please request it before shipping
items back to us. If you return any item to us without obtaining RMA number, the
item will be returned to you at your expense.
All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition,
all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales
are not refundable.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for
shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
In general we do not offer any refunds. In some specific situations at our
discretion we may offer the refund. In this case all refunds are subjects for
the 20% restocking fee. In no circumstances we can take back physically damaged
items. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and
any other type of damage sustained by irregular use or wrong packaging - nef-info
Incorrect
Orders:
Our quality assurance staff inspects every order before shipment. Please notify
a NEF Design Service Representative of any incorrect order within 15 days of
ship date. We will immediately correct any error.
Payment Options:

Prepaid Orders: If
you want to use Paypal.com, just push the
"Add to Cart" button on the "Product and Price
List" page and follow the
directions to process your order using the credit

Package Tracking:
You can check on the shipping status of any package in your order. Just select the shipping service you specified when you placed your order with NEF Design and follow the instructions on their site.

There are no
expressed or implied warranties. Since seller cannot control the
manner or use of its products after sale, the seller will not be
responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. Products
sold by NEF Design, Inc. are not for use in human implantable
devices or life support systems.
